Wondered if anyone could help me about boost channels (particularly, the children's channel boost, and sky sports) which are not appearing at all. (I have no channels between 255 and 602 in the EPG - and the test channel 900? isn't there either)
I have a YouView (DN360T.01.02.P) box, connected by network cable to a HG635 router, with fibre broadband. My landline/broadband is fine and stable at 13Mb/s. TV through the arial is fine. When I re-tune, it finds 158 aerial channels, but 0 internet channels. On-demand (BBC iPlayer etc) all work perfectly.
I have had two very lengthy support calls with Talktalk, done reboots of everything as requested, removed the TT black powerline things (which has amber light in the middle, even though on-demand was fine, so network seemed ok?) and replaced with a cable. All firmware is up to date (Software: 60.37.69, Components 2.9.36, Platform 1390. ISP Config 0 - is that last one normal?)
An engineer visit has been booked for nearly a month's time - next available slot! - but from other entries in the forum, it seems that is not usually the problem, and an engineer visit has often gone back to TT with an accounting problem.
Any ideas of what I can do?
