IPC6023 and Channel Unavailable message but only on Certain Channels. For example, I can select Ch 301 (Sky1) and it'll be ok, step-up to Ch 302 which is also ok and then step-down to Ch 301 which will then not be working (blank screen and then a Channel Unavailable IPC6023 message).
Was ok earlier this afternoon. Have re-started both the YouView box and the router but neither restart has had any impact on this behaviour. Can watch On Demand ok. Router indicates the downstream SNR between 7 and 8.3 dB. Had 20 errored seconds in the last 40 minutes of up-time since the last router restart,
The unpredictability of this is a bit annoying, so hope this can be resolved.
