TalkTalk should take a bit of advice I've given to many other organisations - "A happy customer will tell their friends - An unhappy customer will tell EVERYONE!"

 

It would appear from things I've read and heard elsewhere that the negative publicity,as a result of the so called "free upgrades", has probably done more damage to TT than the hackers. The time given to decide or sort things out was abysmally short, I didn't find out  until the 18th December (on Radio 4) that the "Hobson's Choices" were available. I wonder how many people have missed it entirely or not had chance to do anything about it with it being the "Festive Season".Apart from that the tab to accept upgrades didn't work for many and we were told to phone - and as we all know it's probably quicker to hack into TTs data base than to get through on the phone.
