Personal email offered choice of free upgrade (I think that's what it was but deleted it in disgust) Contract was 18 months from Jan 15 and includes TV phone, b/band package & anytime calls. So I might wait till end June 16 tocancel as might have calmed down after new year. Cheers Gamp2I
