Can you try enabling bridge mode.
 
Log into the router at 192.168.1.1  -  Username : admin  Password: admin
 
When logged in, copy and paste the following link in your browser : http://192.168.1.1/html/advance.html#iptv
 
This will display the TV settings screen.
 
Under 'Advanced TVSetup' put a tick next to 'Enable Advanced TV'
 
Set the connection type to Bridge Mode and then click Save.
 
Log out the router and retest the TV channels.
