like many others, I'm getting the dreaded ipc 6023 error code when trying to view sky sports. I upgraded yesterday and whilst it took a while for my boost to appear, this morning the channels were showing in the TV guide and I could see the boost had been activated.
Unfortunately every time time I try and tune to one of the channels I eventually get the error code.
Ive rebooted my router several times and manually reset the talk talk box but still getting the same. Was really looking forward to watching my first footy game this lunchtime but that clearly is now not going to happen!
Everything else is working fine on the box eg iplayer etc so there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the wifi quality. All other smart TVs in the house are working fine too it's just sky sports via talk talk.
Can you check my account is set up correctly at your end and then offer me any possible advice?
