interesting that i have been asked, via email automated response, if my question had been answered. Maybe if talk talk actually responded to the questions i might have got some where. if its only the ' community' which is infact us and not talk talk employees we might get to someone that can help.
incidently i rang threw again and, when eventually was answered, had someone from another country talking to me all she did was try and get me into another 18 month contract , so came away with out the up grade to my present arrangement. so the secret to the upgrades is to lock you in for longer with talk talk.
