sadly we are all quick to complain (myself included) but not so quick to say thank you so I would like to say thank you to the talk talk team not only on this forum who do their best to try and address questions and solve problems but also to everyone else.
On Tuesday afternoon I decided to upgrade to plus TV from essentials, it was a very simple process and I will end up saving money for the first 6 months as it was late afternoon and only 3 days before Christmas I wasn't expecting to receive the box until after Chrostmas when less than an hour later I got a text message telling me it would be delivered the next day, I knew I had to go and do the dreaded supermarket shop yesterday so rearranged it for today. At 3pm just as I was sitting down with a cup of tea there was a knock on the door a very nice polite delivery man with my new box he said that it had been loaded onto his van and he noticed it was for delivery the next day but thought he would see if I was in anyway.
so thank you Talk Talk for being efficient with your deliveries, for doing your best to sort out any problems and for providing me with a value for money service. I know things go wrong and believe me if I don't think someone I am paying for a service is doing the best they can I will complain but just occasionally maybe we should all just slow down and say thank you to those around us
