I'm now struggling to log on to my account - a cryptic message appears :
'Some exception has occurred. Please contact the administrator.' - with no details of how to do this.
This is strange, as the site dropped out half an hour ago when I went to the section asking how to terminate my account, with a message : 'we're sorry you're thinking of leaving ...' etc., and then wouldn't let me go any further in that area.
I'm beginning to wonder whether or not this is tantamount to criminal neglect of duty by this company to its customers, by deliberate delay/blocking of any attempts to check how to terminate my account.
I pay less per month to British Gas, and yet can have an engineer (a REAL, living, eye-to-eye engineer) within an hour or two.
