Hi all
just been on the phone to the call centre as I opted for the Sky Sports temporary 3 month upgrade package over a week ago but still can not access the package (without signing up for £20 a month which of course I did not select). I have also not received any followup email confirming this (which apparently would have been sent). The thing is after the advisor said he would try and set up the package there and then the phone went quiet for 20 min. So I hung up and redialled multiple times and all menu options led to an "office closed" message yet it was only 815 pm and I believe it would be open until midnight? The online version of picking an upgrade package has never worked for me and the chat facility is not working either. So I would appreciate advice on the next steps. Might he have set it up anyway or will I have to phone back (yet again) tomorrow?
