I think that there is somewhat of a misunderstanding here.
If I can refer you to the begining of the post, and at the risk of labouring the point, when I signed up for 'Sky movies boost', at NO point was it made clear that I was in fact signing up to Sky Movies on demand.
It was only after submitting a post on this issue in this forum that I learnt that the boost I signed up for was in fact Sky movies on demand and NOT normal Sky movies.
However when I raised the issue of no subtitles for the 'Sky Movies boost' with the exec office, they failed to advise me that the 'Sky Movies' boost was in fact Sky Movies on Demand and NOT the NORMAL Sky movies which would have had subtitles. If you can recall, they kept referring me to the help page on accessibility when it DIDNT apply .
I cannot be any clearer.
If you cannot understand this simple and precise point then I would suggest you desist in responding to my posts.
