I don't need any additional information to make up my own mind thank you, I already understand the difference between the availability of subtitles on TV channels and those available on various on demand services. It is a shame that you feel those you have been in contact with don't seem to have appreciated this, or misunderstood the nature of your complaint, that now appears to be your issue rather than the subtitle matter itself. I can only repeat that the information available on the help pages seems clear to me and I am sorry that you did not find it so.
