Ongooing Issues with CEO office

I have an ongoing issue since the 4th November with a house move.

 

Basically it did not go well and I raised a complaint and it was transferred to the CEOs office and I was promised a resolution in seven days,  here we are six weeks later and I have had not contact from the CEOs office.

Everytime I phone Talk Talk they say that they cannot put me through to the CEOs office and that they would escalate the issue and I would get a call back in 24 hours which does not happen.

 

The last time I called was on Friday and I was on hold for 8 hours which cost me over £12 in phone charges.

 

I have been promised emails and text messages that do not arrive.

 

The call center PROMISES FAITHFULLY that I will get a call back in 24 hours which does not happen,  I have asked them to communicate in writing which they refuse to do.

 

As a precaution I have recorded telephone calls, made the staff aware they are being recorded and they still make these promises.

 

Where do I go from here,  I would like to take it to the small claims court for compensation for the hassles and costs of phone calls etc but really just want the issue sorted.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
