No I have still not resolved this issue. They lie to you constantly, I have been told I'm not eligible, then told they have been posted on three occasions, now told that I am eligible for 50 pounds only. Still not received anything, it's a scam and they will do anything not to send them. I am going to continue harassing them until I get them and at the first opportunity I will be leaving this contract. They are completely useless and it is no wonder that they have such a bad reputation for being the worst provider!!!
