When I signed up online for TV, Broadband and Calls for my mother one of the questions I was asked was,
Do you have an Aerial?!
I ticked the No box and was simply prompted to continue to next question.
On the day of installation I was informed by the engineer, that there was no record of there not being an aerial.
I explained that there could have been one at some point but that the previous owners had cut and pulled various different wires n' cables through-out the house so I couldn't be 100% sure.
I was then told that it wasn't their job to assist in locating the old aerial connection or to provide a new one.
My mother only opted to switch to Talk Talk because the package deal was a great offer and most importantly would allow her to watch all of her favourite channels. She was assured that there would be no hassles and that the installation would be simple and straight forward.
That hasn't been the case.
When there is no information telling you any of this or any information at all when you answer No...!
Then I have to wonder, What exactly is the point of asking..?!
