You've got me on that one. What happens if you try to access it from the guide ? I.E. look at something on guide from yesterday on ITV or ch 5, click on it and see if it plays it. Have you tried updating players from the You View settings page, youview button/scroll along bottom to settings/device managment/update on demand players.?
